Tata Power chooses WRENCH as its integrated project management system.
18-11-2013: Tata Power, the power division of the $100 billion Tata Group has chosen to implement WRENCH immediately, on two of their ongoing projects (a Coal based power plant and a Transmission plant). Once teams have fully transitioned to the new system, WRENCH will be rolled out on all projects. To ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, the Corporate Monitoring Group (CMG) will plan and monitor all the project deliverable using WRENCH. A dedicated cross-functional team that recently completed the largest power plant project in Asia (4000 MW) will be working with the WRENCH team on this implementation, starting with process standardization and optimization. The implementation is targeted to be completed by March 2014.
