Tata Power chooses WRENCH as its integrated project management system.
18-11-2013: Tata Power, the power division of the $100 billion Tata Group has chosen to implement WRENCH immediately, on two of their ongoing projects (a Coal based power plant and a Transmission plant). Once teams have fully transitioned to the new system, WRENCH will be rolled out on all projects. To ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, the Corporate Monitoring Group (CMG) will plan and monitor all the project deliverable using WRENCH. A dedicated cross-functional team that recently completed the largest power plant project in Asia (4000 MW) will be working with the WRENCH team on this implementation, starting with process standardization and optimization.
