Remember Earlier Conversations and Quickly Validate and Remember Your Email Content.
When you need to send multiple documents to different people (one after the other), the message content for the user needs to be repeated for each document. With the introduction of remember the message option, the previous message specified while sending a single document or multiple documents is displayed in the message section.
Previewing emails allows you to quickly validate your email content when documents in SmartProject are sent to users using the option Send Mail. Previewing your emails allows you to review your dynamic content and check how your email adapts to different screen sizes. When the user clicks on the Preview button, a preview of the message is displayed as a pop-up message, and a preview is displayed before sending the mail. The format in which the receiver of the mail will view the message is displayed in the preview.
