In certain site scenarios, admins wanted only specific users to be auto-populated in the workflow based on criteria defined for the item. Hence, a facility to auto-populate users during routing based on the specified criteria is included in this build version.  

The distribution matrix is set up to automatically assign resources to workflow stages, avoiding the need for manual user intervention. The current user does not require reassignment permissions, as it is configured to be automatic. When resources are already assigned to the workflow stage, the resources from the matrix are added to the available users.
