Offline reviews enable you to review and annotate text and drawings in offline mode from SmartProject. To perform an offline review, you download a PDF copy of the document to your computer, annotate the document in Adobe and attach the comment file.

Though online commenting is popular with no need to download the file to your system, available commenting tools in online mode are limited. In offline mode, Adobe offers numerous commenting tools.
