FDC Utilities Moves to Wrench SmartProject DMS
FDC Utilities Moves to Wrench SmartProject DMS

APAC, 27th December 2024: FDC Utilities, Inc. (FDCUI), a subsidiary of the Filinvest Group, Phillipines, has decided to implement Wrench SmartProject EDMS as its project document management and monitoring platform in a bid to enhance predictability and visibility on project deliverables. The company decided to go with SmartProject thanks to Wrench’s experience in managing project documents and streamlining collaboration between project stakeholders for similar projects around the world.
The challenge with this implementation was the various regions involved – China, Phillipines, Singapore – and we had to make sure all involved parties could interact with the system and each other in real time. I’m proud to say the Wrench team managed to pull it off smoothly and in a short time and now FDCUI can look forward to much more efficiency in the way they manage their projects across far-flung global locations.
