AMEC Foster Wheeler chooses WRENCH SMARTPROJECT as project monitoring system
Houston, Texas, 9-5-2016: AMEC Foster Wheeler has chosen WRENCH SMARTPROJECT technology as a central progress and reporting hub for all their Houston-based projects. Implementation is scheduled to start immediately and will be completed in eight weeks.
“With this implementation, AMEC Foster Wheeler’s project stakeholders will be able to easily stay on the same page regarding project earned value and cross-team performance management communication and coordination. SMARTPROJECT’s EVM-driven functions will be integrated with their suite of project execution software to set up a centralised system that enables true transparency and accountability across the board and will give them complete control of every aspect of every project, on the cloud, on smart devices, in real time, ” said Neal Cornwell, President, WRENCH Solutions Americas.
