I am part of every process in the Wrench product development cycle, especially the ones that make sure the client’s requirements are delivered on time and without compromising on quality. My job also demands that I collaborate with the customer’s support desk.

I didn’t really have a ‘dream profession’ per se, but I was somewhat drawn to the idea of being a teacher as I felt I had some teaching traits in me. But destiny had other plans and I fortunately ended up in the most suitable career for me, here at Wrench.

The Wrench product slogan of ‘Work As One’ is not just for the product and not just a slogan. Here, everybody has an equal voice, and usually, it is the right one which gets accepted regardless of seniority.

Wrench is a family first, and company second. Everyone has their own unique qualities and attitudes but still everyone works towards a common goal by supporting each other. Managers here are real role models in action and not just words, both professionally and personally.

Managers here take the time to help you pinpoint your professional qualities and make the appropriate decision at the appropriate hour, which benefits both the company and the employee. I was really amazed at this aspect of Wrench management thanks to which I’m still learning a lot, and why I’m still here after so many years.

doing outside of
work?
Spending time with family.
What are you most
proud of achieving
in your time here?
I was able to deliver the feature of bulk process in our product Wrench Smart Project to the expectation level of my manager. Of course it’s not at all an individual achievement, but I was able to do so because of the company’s trust in me, the amount of freedom I was given by my manager, and the kind support from the various other departments involved.

message for the world?
At the end of the day, you will find peace in the belief that you didn’t harm anyone for your personal benefit. That is the real religion.
