I lead and manage a team that ensures efficient resolution of customer issues. My role requires me to drive process improvement (in Azure management) and continuously enhance Wrench’s support function with a mission to deliver exceptional customer service to every single client.
My aspiration was to become an expert in cloud computing. There were several reasons behind this career goal: my fascination with Technology, the field’s agility and efficiency and its potential Global Impact, as well as the opportunity it presented for continuous learning and innovation.
