NARMEL decided to go with Wrench after evaluating other popular solutions in the market, finding Wrench’s collaboration-boosting features and its ability to integrate with other software including RasterEx the best fit for their requirements. 

NARMEL may upgrade to the full Wrench SmartProject PMIS in the future.
