7-4-2009: Godrej- PED Division is involved in Engineering and manufacturing large Process Equipment (such as Head exchangers, Pressure vessels, etc.,) for the process plants on a turnkey basis. Process Equipment is mostly custom build as per the specific requirements of the client. Godrej-PED has gone online on WRENCH by putting all their active projects (119 projects as on date). The existing data from all these projects were imported and the system was declared online. The configuration, implementation, migration of legacy data and training to all the resources was completed in a period of 3 months and after a one month trial, the system was declared online. The application is now been integrated with their BAAN ERP system and will be extended to their manufacturing units located outside Mumbai in the next 1-2 months’ time.
