A Mechanical Engineer by profession, Mr. Shelley brings over 35 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, including petrochemicals, chemicals, oil & gas, power, paper & pulp, sugar, and water & wastewater treatment projects.

Prior to joining Wrench, Mr. Shelley served as CEO of VaTech WABAG Pte Ltd, Singapore, where he led the company’s growth into a regional leader in total water management across Asia. He was also recognized by The Enterprise World as one of the “Most Visionary Business Leaders to Watch in 2025.”
