Wrench Solutions newly formed unit Wrench Academy conducted a 5-day online training program on ‘Best practices of integrated project monitoring and control’ to select customers and prospects during the lock down period.

This unique program was offered to heads of projects, Project control managers and project managers. It condenses the best practices from global project management bodies such as PMI, AACE, PRINC2, Lean and Agile combined with Wrench Solutions 20 years implementation experience working across a diverse spectrum of clients from various industries. These best practices model, provided participants a highly practical approach for integrated project monitoring and control. Participants who successfully completed the program were provided a completion certificate.

The mission of Wrench Academy, the training and development arm of Wrench Solutions is to build a reservoir of information and foster the knowledge for professionals through framework agnostic trainings and the learnings from practical experience.
