AHEC chooses to implement an integrated project Management system for Real-time monitoring and managing the EPC project. WRENCH was chosen and AHEC decided to implement it on one of their active JV EPC project (US$106 million Zauliyah Gas Plant Project for Petroleum Development Oman) in which Technicas Reunidas (T.R.Engineering) was their JV partner. WRENCH was successfully implemented on this project in 3 months duration and based on this success AHEC choose to implement WRENCH on other active projects and also extend the implementation to handle the projects in their branch office in Abu Dhabi.
