23-3-2010: Lean methodology based system WRENCH will soon drive project lifecycle management for one of India’s top business conglomerates, Lanco Infratech. A member of the UN Global Compact, Lanco has made a mark in verticals like construction, power, EPC, infrastructure, property development, and renewable energy. Lancos projects (in operation and under construction) represent over 8000 MW and the company is recognized today as a growing power trading leadership. WRENCH was chosen over several other popular EDMS products after a rigorous evaluation and will be implemented immediately on four of Lancos ongoing large power projects (totaling 6700 MW capacity). This first phase implementation is estimated to take about two months, after which Lanco will roll WRENCH out on nine more projects which are in the construction phase, and on several completed projects on a priority basis.
