The confidential nuclear power plant executed in multiple locations within UK threw challenge like maintaining common Technical Governance in project delivery, difficulty in maintaining a common working methodology and collaboration between project teams. ATKINS was able to enforce detail level security on documents and drawings, automatic audit trail of submitted drawings and documents and online collaboration from different geographical locations. Further a run-time deliverable register with a latest status on each deliverable was made available for the project manager to ensure online delivery.
