Bid evaluation is a two-stage process comprising technical and commercial bid assessments performed by technical experts and the finance department, respectively. The technically qualified vendors are admitted to the next stage of commercial bid evaluation. With the additional facility for flagging the vendor as technically approved or rejected, the tender management in SmartProject is more streamlined. Before commercial bid evaluation, it will be possible to distinguish the technically qualified or disqualified vendors.
