Currently, the transmittal is manually signed and stamped outside the system by detaching the coversheet. To address this, from this build onwards, the transmittal coversheet can be signed and stamped directly within the SmartProject without the need for detaching or re-attaching. Additionally, a new setting is introduced to require approval from a specified user before releasing the transmittal.
