EnPPI to use Wrench SmartProject on $164K pipeline project for ADNOC
Egypt-based engineering process provider EnPPI (Engineering for Petroleum and Process Industries) which has the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) as its principal shareholder, has signed a 2-year contract with global EPC software provider Wrench Solutions to deploy Wrench SmartProject EDMS on a pipeline project valued at USD 164,800 for their client ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Corporation). The pipeline will transport crude oil from Jebel Dhanna in Abu Dhabi to its oil terminal in Fujairah.
Said Philips Tharakan, VP of Middle East, Wrench Solutions, “ADNOC is an old Wrench customer. They have been using SmartProject solutions on their projects for many years now and it was they who asked their contractor EnPPI to deploy our solution on this project, having seen first-hand the benefit SmartProject brings to project management and how it improves project outcomes. We look forward working with EnPPI on this project.”.
Wrench will implement the SmartProject EDMS solution along with project control features. This will be a fast-track implementation and is expected to be rolled out in 21 days. In the future EnPPI may implement the full SmartProject PMIS on its other projects.
