Descon Moves to the Wrench SmartProject EDMS Platform
Descon Engineering Qatar (LLC), a multinational conglomerate headquartered out of Lahore, Pakistan, with operations in global engineering, power, chemicals, and agriculture sectors, will be moving its project information management operations to the Wrench SmartProject digital EDMS platform. Wrench will be rolling out SmartProject on multiple projects for Descon’s client, Qatar Energy.
Philips Tharakan, VP of Middle East, Wrench, “It was a really hard-fought victory for us. Wrench has been negotiating with Descon for over 10 years! So it feels great to finally welcome them into the Wrench family. We’re now talking with their branches in Pakistan and Dubai, and are excited about the future of this relationship.”
Descon will consider upgrading to the SmartProject Project Management Information System (PMIS) solution after using the Engineering Document Management System (EDMS) module for some time and assessing ROI and benefits.
