WSP Singapore, formerly Parsons Brinkroff, is a multinational engineering and design firm operates in the fields of strategic consulting, planning, engineering, construction management, energy, infrastructure, and community planning.   

Challenges 

Mostly, WSP will work as an Owner’s Engineer role on behalf of the owner to review the documents, witnessing shop & site inspections, supervising the site constructions/erections, overview/witnessing of T&C and final checks for handing over the project to Owner. Considering the bigger size project, normally more than 25,000 documents will be handled for each project. 

  • Circulation of correct documents to each project group in the project  
  • Tracking of document movements during the design review, construction and testing phase  
  • Recording of receipt & response of documents on each project group side  
  • Generation of status report of complete project documents to assess the overall progress
