This ensures controlled workflow progression by restricting item processing during the “On Hold” stage. The feature is accessible across multiple workspaces and includes configurable options, comment logs, and visual indicators for seamless workflow management.

- Hold Operation Details
- When an item is placed On Hold, users must specify a Purpose of Blocking Progress and add a comment. Alerts ensure all mandatory information is provided.
- Comment Log Tracking
- Comments entered during Hold and Resume operations are recorded and displayed in the Comments Log window for tracking.
- Visual Indication of Hold Stage
- Workflow stages are visually marked with a configured color when placed on hold, enhancing clarity for users.
- Resume Operation
- Users can Resume items from the Hold stage, and comments are logged when the operation is completed.
