Efficient analysis of project progress is possible if the plan and actual schedule of the project can be simulated simultaneously on a dual screen. Hence a facility to simultaneously observe the plan and actual schedule of tasks in simulation is adequate to comprehend the construction progress. For better project progress analysis, a new facility to view the simulation of the plan and actual schedule of tasks in a dual screen is introduced.
