Abu Dhabi, 7-12-2018: PESCO chooses WRENCH SmartProject as the Project Delivery and Monitoring System on its $100 million Aden Power Plant at Yemen. The project will be executed on an EPC basis across multiple offices and between multiple companies within a very short delivery time. TCE is doing the Engineering from its Bangalore office, with PESCO’s project team working from Abu Dhabi and Egypt and their Site team from Yemen.

PESCO’s challenge, as with most large multi-locational projects, was ensuring that all parties involved execute work as per their respective schedules while having access to the latest project information. Rather than addressing it manually or via multiple IT solutions, PESCO opted for WRENCH SmartProject as an integrated system across all the project teams.
