20-4-2017: Jurong Engineering Limited (JEL), a leading engineering and construction company based in Singapore and owned by IHI Japan has chosen Wrench SmartProject as their enterprise-wide project and information management system, which will run in the MS AZURE^® (public) cloud. JEL provides a full range of services in engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, maintenance solutions, and shutdown repair services. They execute EPC projects in the power generation industry, have a large in-house engineering team and in-house manufacturing facilities. As part of their global project delivery strategy, Jurong Engineering decided to upgrade their project management and information management capabilities and chose SmartProject after going through a pilot project.
