India, 17th February 2025: JSW Thermal, a division of JSW Energy, has selected Wrench SmartProject PMIS to digitally manage its largest greenfield thermal power project, valued at US$ 4.8 billion.

The project is a 1,600 MW ultra-supercritical plant at Salboni, West Bengal, with expansion plans to scale up to 3,200 MW.

As JSW Energy accelerates its growth—through the acquisition of the 3.6 GW KSK Mahanadi Power Company plant and the commissioning of units at Ind-Barath Thermal Power Limited—Harish Parihar, India Business, said: “Wrench SmartProject will serve as the centralized digital platform for engineering progress tracking, EPC coordination, governance, and executive oversight.”
