25 July 2020, Mumbai: Concept Consilio is a leading architectural and interior design firm, takes up projects that are only design, design build and lumpsum turnkey projects from design to handover. In these projects their internal team handles the project management services.

Concept Consilio followed a highly transparent way of sharing information with clients, but relied primarily on tools like MsExcel and Sharepoint.  After they won a turnkey project from British Petroleum, they saw a need for a more advanced system that could facilitate the complete execution of their project with the desired level of collaborative visibility and efficiency – from design to handover – in an integrated manner. On the recommendation of another SmartProject customer, they decided to adopt SmartProject.

 Concept Consilio will be using SmartProject as a project control system, as well as a shared platform to communicate with their project management consultant, client, contractors, and vendors. They will also use SmartProject’s advanced e-tendering functionally with reverse bidding to accelerate the procurement process.
