Brunei LNG (BLNG), produces approximately 7.7 MTPA and has reliably supplied LNG to regional markets for over 55 years.

To digitally enable this complex brownfield execution model, WRENCH Solutions, in partnership with Serikandi Oilfield Services, is implementing WRENCH SmartProject PMIS as the integrated project monitoring and control platform for BLNG’s IADT projects.

Key Capabilities Delivered to BLNG IADT

• Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) linking engineering, materials, and construction into executable work fronts
• Real-time integration with ERP and contractor systems to track RFQs, POs, material status, and installation progress
• Early identification of slippages and schedule impact analysis
• “What-if” simulations for resequencing construction during short turnaround windows
• Integrated punch list, system handover, and commissioning readiness tracking
• A unified dashboard for leadership to monitor cost, risk, and performance

Currently in the Procurement phase of implementation, the platform will be deployed progressively across Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning phases.
